Delivery Time We will ship your order within one week of receiving payment. Custom orders may take longer. This may mean that you will see the charge to your credit card before receiving your order. This is unavoidable since we cannot begin making the products for your order until payment is received. We try to make and ship orders in the order in which we receive them.
Shipping Methods All United States orders are shipped USPS mail. Other options are available on request. Rates for shipping and handling Shipping charges are determined by the total of the order's cost. Fees are determined by the shipper. We use either USPS or UPS, whichever is best. Items shipped via USPS are sent with a delivery confirmation number. Insurance for expensive items can be purchased for an additional charge. Include a note on your order form if you wish to purchase shipping insurance.
*Orders including a number of heavy items may require additional shipping charges.
Return Policy Many of our products are custom made and cannot be sold to another customer. Such items cannot be returned. No refunds will be sent for unauthorized returns. Please make your selections carefully and contact us with any questions you may have. You must notify us of a problem within 14 days of receiving the order, and we will review return requests on a case by case basis. Returned items must be in sale-able condition or no refund will be sent. When a return is authorized by us, you will be given a Return Authorization Number to include with the package. Upon receipt and approval of the returned item(s), you will be sent a refund check for the cost of the item minus shipping charges.
Occasionally, a package is damaged in transit. We will replace items that arrive in a damaged condition. To receive credit for such a package, you must report it to the shipping provider that delivered it so that they can inspect the damage and verify it in writing. You will need to send the package in its entirety (including all packing materials and box) to receive a replacement. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. You may request and pay for insurance for the shipment if you wish.
Attention Parents: Since our sales are made online and credit card authorization is electronic, we have no way of knowing the age of the purchaser. We will not take back merchandise that has been purchased by a child without the approval of his parents.
All product should be used under a parents supervision. All products are for external use only.
Are your products natural?
Earth Angel uses the world’s finest organic ingredients, void of harsh chemicals and fillers. The Bath Bombs are composed of citric Acid and Baking Soda and Rich Shea Butter— making for a richer, creamier and more moisturizing bomb. Earth Angel Bombs are guaranteed to be made with delicate, organic oils and rich minerals soothing to the skin.
To ensure product quality we use pure Essential Oils and of course Fragrance oils that are our choice and highest quality. We try to promote and use the purest ingredients throughout our products. Whenever possible we purchase only Certified Organic ingredients. Some of our ingredients can not be certified organic such as clay, honey, and iron oxides. All colorants are either made from natural minerals or are food safe. It is our goal to provide a pure, luxurious skin care product that makes your friends and family want to ask what is making your skin look so beautiful and smell so wonderful!
We ensure that our beautifully custom-blended bath and body sprays are balanced with natural, organic ingredients, and are infused with enduring scents void of the sharp and overpowering odors caused by synthetic fusions. So with each exquisite, hand-sculpted spray, you’ll discover the the deep and healing properties.
How do you ensure product quality?
In addition to using the best ingredients found across the globe, Earth Angel makes every new Spray and Bath items by hand (and in very small batches) to ensure quality and purity. The company’s handcrafted philosophy starts at the beginning, from personally picking up the all herbs and oils from a local farm to individually packaging every product that is shipped to your door.
Do you test on animals?
We do not test our products on animals. We (happily) test them on ourselves. Earth Angel guarantees the safety of its products, and any preservatives that may be included are non-toxic and non-irritating, helping to safeguard the quality of the products used on your skin.
